Lisa Ribacoff is a highly trained and experienced private investigator and polygraph examiner. She is best known for her appearances on Vanity Fair, conducting polygraph exams on celebrities. She holds numerous certifications in both private investigation and lie detection, and even serves on the board for the American Polygraph Association.
In addition to earning a Bachelors in Science from SUNY Old Westbury and a Masters in Science from Concordia University, Lisa Ribacoff attended the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training. There, she completed courses in Basic Certified Polygraphs, Advanced Certified Polygraphs, and Advanced PCSOT Polygraphs.
Lisa Ribacoff is also an expert on credibility assessments, meaning that she has the ability to tell whether or not someone is lying, just based on their vocal cues and body language and without the use of a polygraph machine. Like her father, Dan Ribacoff, she is a human-lie-detector. She learned this skill at the PEAK Credibility Assessment Training Center, and is now considered to be one of the top credibility assessment experts in the world. Lisa Ribacoff has been investigating and conducting polygraphs in New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Connecticut for over a decade. In addition to her work with her firm, Ms. Ribacoff has aided numerous police departments in New York City and Long Island in polygraph testing for criminal cases, fraud, theft, abuse, etc. She has also demonstrated her skills in the media on several occasions, having conducted polygraphs on Good Day New York, Fuse, and Vanity Fair.
